* Unified Extensions button

* move FF View to securefox

* move password truncation to Securefox

* disable private windows being separate from normal windows in taskbar [WINDOWS]

* disable "private window" indicator in tab bar

* uncomment browser.privatebrowsing.enable-new-indicator
